Monica became a pivotal part of the Ultracera team in 2018, stepping into the role of General Manager. She brought 15 years of experience in the hotel, residential, and commercial building business. With a dynamic approach, Monica collaborates closely with internal and external customers, leading the team professionally. She specializes in essential services such as managing takeoffs from architectural sets, overseeing pricing procedures, crafting detailed shop drawings, and spearheading new product development.
Outside of her dedicated professional life, Monica is passionate about exploring the world through reading and hiking. She cherishes spending quality time with her family and friends, embracing the joys of companionship and nature.
Benjamin Chen
President
Benjamin embarked on his journey in the stone business in 1992, immediately after graduating from university. Over the past 30 years, he has cultivated a wealth of experience across the American, European, Japanese, and Arabic markets.
Innovation, quality, and credibility have always been at the forefront of Benjamin’s career. He commits wholeheartedly to bringing business partners the most cost-effective and impeccable products and services.
